Chinese take-over leads to top management changes for Amer Sports

HELSINKI, Finland - Finnish sporting goods giant Amer Sports Corporation has announced some senior management changes. This follows the take-over last March by the newly formed Mascot Bidco, a consortium of investors built around leading Chinese sportswear company Anta Sports Product Limited.
