TREVIGLIO, Italy - Bianchi has officially inaugurated its new production plant inside the renovated facility in Treviglo. The new production line boasts a manufacturing capacity of 500 bicycles per shift and was built according to innovative operating logic and productivity processes developed by Bianchi. On hand at the inauguration was new appointed CEO Marco Gentili who takes over the position from Fabrizio Scalzotto.

Bianchi to start carbon frame production in new facility in 2023

TREVIGLIO, Italy - The construction of Bianchi's new, 17,000 square meter production facility started in November. The company aims to step-up its assembly capacity from 250-300 bicycles today to 1,000-1,500 units. The new factory will also house a carbon frame facility.

Bianchi expands factory to quadruple production in Italy

TREVIGLIO, Italy - Bianchi announced an ambitious investment program to quadruple its production by August 2022. The new strategy not only includes an increase of capacity of both bicycles and e-bikes, but also the start of their own carbon frame production in Italy.
