GROSSHELFENDORF, Germany -Fritzmeier Group, the parent company of niche carbon e-bike manufacturer M1 Sporttechnik GmbH, has fallen victim to a criminal cyber-attack. Hong Kong investor Jebsen Group steps into Woom
