Timyo owner opens in-house frame building factory

NANTONG, China - To ease the company's supply chain and to be less dependent on external suppliers, a new frame building factory has been set up in China by the owner of Timyo e-bikes. "Last June lead-times got completely out of control due to COVID-19. We decided to take matters into our own hands and establish our own frame building," explains Nantong Dingyu Vehicle Industry CO. LTD CEO Steve Zhu. By late September the first series were already made.

Cambodia's bicycle exports exceed 1.5 million units

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - The latest figures of the country's Ministry of Commerce indicate an increasing number of exported regular bicycles. From January to September this year, Cambodia shipped a total of 1.5 million units. The Ministry of Commerce's report did not reveal the exact export volume to the EU.
