Pentalock ready to scale-up its integrated locking solution

Hagen cargo bikes expands after successful IPO

TALLINN, Estonia - The recent initial public offering on the Baltic First North market gave room for expansion of the Estonia cargo-bike manufacturer Hagen Bikes, also known as KP Cyclery. Recently the company launched three new models and expanded to Germany and France.

They have just raised €1.6M in pre-seed funding and are now more than ready to supply bicycle locks to bicycle manufacturers across Europe, starting with the Netherlands.

Copenhagen Bike Show still on track for March edition

COPENHAGEN, Denmark - Less than 7 weeks until the start of the 6th Copenhagen Bike Show, the organiser expects a successful event. "The Covid-19 situation is rapidly improving in Denmark which gives us confidence that it will be safe to visit the event," says show manager Christian Ritter.

Cykelgear eyes Nordic e-commerce growth as investor takes major stake

TERNDRUP, Denmark - Cykelgear, the Danish e-commerce business for bike components, has agreed on selling a majority stake in the company to investment firm, Foreman Capital. The partnership will allow the company to fulfil its growth ambitions and further grow the e-commerce platform across the Nordics. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
