MILAN, Italy - Victor Luis investment fund, Asobi Ventures Inc., acquired a majority share in Gruppo Srl, the parent company of the prestigious Italian bicycle manufacturer, Cinelli, and historic tube manufacturer, Columbus. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Portugal starts cargo bike frame and component production
